The activities of the Zonal Land Administration Offices are:-

•  Oversee land Administration in zones.
• Scrutinize and  approve Certificates of Occupancy , Certificates of Village Land and legal documents in the Zone.
• Oversee preparation and issuance of Certificates of Occupancy, Village Land Certificates and Certificates of Customary Rights of Occupancy (CCROs) in the Zone.
• Resolve land disputes administratively.
• Prepare action plans, progress reports and budgets for the Zonal Office

Each Zonal Land Offices is led by an Assistant Commissioners
