Urban Land Administration Section

The activities of the Section are:-
 
·        To oversee proper implementation of Land Act No. 4 of 1999.
 
·        Coordinate Zones Land Offices in all matters pertaining to land administration.
·        Initiate sensitization for preparation of Certificates of Occupancy of long pending issued Letters of Offer of ownership by Local Councils Land Offices
·        Manage land records.
·        Scrutinize request for allocation of Land prior for approval.
·        Prepare action plans, progress reports and budget.
