To ensure development of decent, adequate and affordable housing in the country.
Functions
· To oversee implementation Housing Policies, legislations and guidelines for housing development
· To develop strategies to stimulate private sector involvement in the provision of housing services
· To provide support to housing development organizations with innovative approaches to low cost housing
· Oversee operations of the National Housing Corporation and the National Housing and Building Research Agency
This Division is led by a Director assisted by two assistant directors who are responsible for two sections of the division as follows:-:
